Chairperson - Dave Osborne|
Dave hails from Athy where he was bitten by the bug at TriAthy in 2009 and has been a regular competitor in duathlons and at all triathlon distances ever since. Dave comes from a varied sporting background including Rugby, Windsurfing and Judo.
Club Secretary -Seamus Fingelton|
Seamus Fingleton has been competing in Triathlon since 2008 and joined Trilogy on his return to his native Laois in 2010. He has competed in triathlons throughout Ireland and most recently completing Ironman 70.3 in Galway. He lived in Australia for a number of years where he met his wife Stephanie. He has a varied sporting background from horses and rugby to surf live saving and ocean swimming.
Treasurer - Helena Rothwell|
Helen has been a member of Trilogy since early 2009 when she set out to take on Tri Laois as her maiden Triathlon. Much to everyone's surprise, she is still competing having completed a number of Sprint and Olympic distance races since then, and more recently a half Iron Man distance race in Groomsport as well as the Dublin City Marathon, it would seem she has been truly bitten by the tri bug.
New Members & Child protection Office - Trish Nicholls|
Trish Nicholls is one of the clubs most experienced athletes, with a background in both competitive swimming and long distance running before taking to triathlon in 2006. Trish has been a national age-group medal winner on several occassions, and is known to relish her local victories in Trilogy's Test Triathlon and Test Duathlon series.
Trish has been treasurer of the club since elected in November 2009, and is training to become a Level 1 Triathlon Coach.
Head Coach - Denise Murphy|
Denise Murphy joined Trilogy Triathlon in 2008, and since then has completed in triathlons across Ireland, and most recently at the World Triathlon Championships in Budapest.
Denise is a qualified Triathlon Coach and has completed Child Protection training." Denise is also a recently qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
