Who ever said Triathlon was easy?

At Trilogy Triathlon, we want our members to be their best. You don't need to take first place to be a winner at Trilogy - we want you to win through achievement of personal goals.

Triathlon is a sport like no other when it comes to personal goals. Just competing and finishing your first tri is a huge achievement - three sports in one enduring event is three times more than a lot of people achieve in any activity.

Once you have a couple of triathlons under your belt, your goal becomes distance, speed, or both. With detailed split timings, it is never difficult to benchmark your progress - and to set continuing goals you once thought were unachievable.

Finally, the Age Group strcture of triathlon allows you to compete in a 500-strong field but be ranked against your own peers. Anyone at Trilogy can set and achieve a national age group ranking; you can even qualify to represent Ireland - now theres a goal to dream of.

Whatever your goal is, you will need to train to achieve it. At Trilogy, we offer a full group training schedule, graded by ability and always conducted in a friendly, fun environment.

Trilogy Training Sessions are available to members of the club. Members must join the club online and must also have at least Associate Membership of Triathlon Ireland (€5, see Triathlon Ireland website) to take part.
